    Haven’t been here for a long time and I’m sure glad I came by. Love your podcast! True, we meditate all the time, so when you do it deliberately we can get in touch with our sub conscious mind and give it positive messages.

    I have re-conditioned my subconscious mind for years!!! Growing up in a pretty dysfunctional family I had many issues. Issues that my subconscious mind that kept me in a cage. But I wanted to break out and I did.

    I love the exercise you gave us to do. I’ve done it in the past and still do. IT WORKS!

    I must say that after years of therapy, God worked the best for me. Now when something goes “wrong” I just say “God lift me up” and viola!

    Thanks for such a helpful podcast.
