With the many trainings on personal development I’ve listened to,  by far this information on emotional intelligence tops many. Success Magazine’s Darren Hardy did an interview with Dr Jean Greaves recently and it gave me real life statistics  about what emotional intelligence is.

Network Marketing, MLM, Direct Sales or independent business owners and individuals may fail to succeed wildly  because they don’t know how to emotionally handle individual differences when entering the business arena. It begins with knowing how to test and improve your emotional intelligence with some tips and strategies so generating leads, make more sales, and personally keeping families in order becomes less stressful.

How many times have you lose your temper, shy away from speaking, become struck with fear when giving a speech, don’t  stand up for yourself, kick the garbage can or even punched your car? These emotional reactions are symptoms of a lack of emotional intelligence. The great thing about knowing this, is that these reactions are an honest reaction to your present emotional state. You may need to keep control and your emotions are the way your brain helps you do that. You can learn to control your impulses, become more assertive, be optimistic, and regard yourself more highly when you begin to assess your emotional intelligence.
