How can a person go about finding a short sale purchase?
I have tons of friends looking for a short sale and always tell them these properties are not always the best deals, so buy with caution. In addition to the Multiple Listing Service listings with "Approved Bank" or "Bank approval required ", where a person can find a short sale property?
A local real estate agent is the best way to find sales in short, as the agent takes into account that the price will be less than is owed on the property. That said, I do not know why his friends are looking for sales short. No bargains to be had in purchasing this type. The lender (s) in question did not approve one thing selling price well below current market value. Friends might do well to buy property for a "short sale no 'to the current market value. Need help understanding how to read foreclosure listings in court?
I've been to court twice and still have difficulty out.They calculate a quantity list and I guess that is what you want either to leave the property or is that what is owed on the property.Also how to contact someone these.They about law firm are usually listed but do not seem be any Help.c provide this information? What is the best way to find a contact person on these lists .. Thanks for any help you can give me in understanding this documentation ..

You are buying HTE debt list, but that does not ensures that you are buying a title. Generally, titles are not clean and there are other expenses involved. If you want the lawyer to help you have to pay share retention. They are not volunteers.

Was the policy of the Republican Party or the foreclosures that caused the economic disaster?
I see several people here blaming Republican Party politics in the last two years for the mess you are in. I hate to say this, but the executions were the driving force behind this problem. banks, thanks to the CRA, they were forced to lend money to people who can not afford a house and got into bad loans. Fannie and Freddie mortgages sold Government insured had no value. So it all comes back to the problems of mortgage loans. Love like you still want to blame Bush for everything.

HUD Home for Sale – OHIO?
Can anyone help? If there is a house for sale is a HUD can not find any estate agent roots to help with the visualization within Home / buying a house or some type of program you have to go through? "It starts with an offer the listed price or you can bid a little lower? Thanks in advance for your answers. There is an AWESOME house I am willing to bid on however, I'm in the dark on the HUD buying process please share some light.
Any agent should be able to reach her, because they are usually in the MLS, but need a HUD-approved real estate broker to submit a tender. You can bid lower than the asking price.
