With the many trainings on personal development I’ve listened to,  by far this information on emotional intelligence tops many. Success Magazine’s Darren Hardy did an interview with Dr Jean Greaves recently and it gave me real life statistics  about what emotional intelligence is.

Network Marketing, MLM, Direct Sales or independent business owners and individuals may fail to succeed wildly  because they don’t know how to emotionally handle individual differences when entering the business arena. It begins with knowing how to test and improve your emotional intelligence with some tips and strategies so generating leads, make more sales, and personally keeping families in order becomes less stressful.

How many times have you lose your temper, shy away from speaking, become struck with fear when giving a speech, don’t  stand up for yourself, kick the garbage can or even punched your car? These emotional reactions are symptoms of a lack of emotional intelligence. The great thing about knowing this, is that these reactions are an honest reaction to your present emotional state. You may need to keep control and your emotions are the way your brain helps you do that. You can learn to control your impulses, become more assertive, be optimistic, and regard yourself more highly when you begin to assess your emotional intelligence.

Before I share more, let me share a real life tragedy you may identify with.. which left me helpless and even hopeless at times.

The worst thing I experienced in my life came after I awakened from finality of divorce. My mind was deadened because I didn’t know how to get myself out of the life patterns and habitual poor self talk I was conditioned with through many years of living. My freight train brain would keep me hindered and I would grasp at anything ; prayer, other people opinions or just  denial in order  to cope.

I literally would sit for 3+ hours at a time overcome with depression not knowing that I was depressed. It was a downward spiral and the only thing that would break the cycle was mind exhaustion or an environmental need that forced me to change my physical state. Either my dog rang the bell to go out, my cats meowed to eat, the phone rang and interrupt the pattern.

In the evenings, I’d get in bed and my brain would realize there was no one beside me and sadness would take me on a journey to tears, an emotional reaction to this kind of thinking. Sure, I justified it and thought I was being generous to allow myself the opportunity to “cry it out”.. but really, it was such an emotional dis-empowering state. I didn’t know it but my ignorance to true power kept me in the dark!

I knew no one who reacted to divorce like I did.  I thought to myself, “how am I going to live?” I had a comfortable, though unhappy, but somewhat secure life before divorce. I was successful as a mom. I had been out of the work force too long. I just could not see any happy future at all. Blind.. yes.. so blind..

I would take the 45 minute drive to church on Sundays. One day my pastor’s dad approached me, seeing my need, and offered to “mentor me”. He was not going to charge me. He said “I don’t want anything from you. I’m just interested in your success, that’s all.” Do you know what that meant to me? I thought to myself, “am I so special?” What does he see in me to offer this kind of help?” After I said “yes, thank you”, He gave me assignments and we got together monthly or bi monthly to discuss my progress. We did this for one year and I sent him quarterly reports of my progress. Though he helped me create specific goals, his “supportive words” were probably the most helpful thing he could have offered. I progressed in many areas.

I later discovered that having a mentor was essential to my progress. It was the best decision I made.

How Do You Make Relationships That Keep Prospects Returning To Your Website?

We all use our minds to perform actions daily, some positive and some negative. We have 2 perspectives generally and move away from pain and move toward pleasure or the lesser painful choice. We can begin to shift the positive emotions we may have during a football game and use those emotions to begin associating a positive feeling about something we have perceived as a negative.

If we want a positive destiny and make a difference in people lives, reconditioning our negative mindset is the best investment we can make in ourselves. Does the negative mindset serve you? Of course not.

RELATIONSHIP WITH NEGATIVE IDEAS

I suggest you pick 3 areas where you have positive mindset and choose 3 areas you have a negative attitude about. Realize that if we have 2 painful choices, we will always choose the lesser of the 2. While thinking about the positive feelings and thoughts about something we are passionate about, begin to associate the more the same feelings with the areas in our life that we have a feeling a pain towards.

Do this with the negative areas and those we dislike and fear. Use the feelings we have to begin stating the words and act out the positive words in the uncomfortable areas.  This will recondition your mind to associate positivity in that uncomfortable area and you will begin to see things in a more positive way.. It really works. Continue to do this with any areas you want to change your mind about. Watch the results in all your relationships and in business..

RELATIONSHIPS WITH POSITIVE IDEAS

We have the power to recondition our thinking and we can have a positive attitude about God as well. God’s given us a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. We can recondition the negative mindset about God and unblock our spirit life to live more sound in God.

Your life is important and you can make an impact for others by example or by teaching. Be inspired! Be motivated in your life to do something that takes life out of boredom. Take stock of yourself and invest in who you are. You are very valuable. You can make the difference in one persons’ life which could affect thousands. Be motivated and inspired. Top Tips For Success In Life – Personal Success Is Available

How awful it is how so many people suffer from a lack of success in life. Many have no idea they can have a better life. They are sick, impoverished, despised, mentally ill, carrying unforgiveness, in terrible marriages, lonely, and unwise. If someone would just tell them that personal success in life is available, they would begin to flourish. There is a  better way to have success in life, a way of true peace and security for a good future.  If you want this, read on for the answer to your problems.

While at my waterfall today, I came upon a verse in Zechariah 3:4, which says: The angel said to his heavenly attendants, “take away the filthy clothes this man is wearing.” And then he said to Joshua, “I have taken your sin and will give you new clothes to wear.”

The high priest in the bible is one who had a very particular job. But this vision is really for all of us. .. This is a vision of what Jesus did, as he worked God’s will out for us.  The new life we receive begins with Jesus taking his place as High Priest that the angel called  “the branch.”

It’s so awesome that we no longer have to remain in the old life, the one we grew up in perhaps, the life that our circumstances brought us to.  Now we have an out of that place, where personal success in life begins with the putting on of new garments.  The start of this new life began 2000 yrs ago where Jesus obeyed God and willingly gave His life on the cross.

Vs. 5: He commanded the attendants to put a clean turban on Joshua’s head. They did so, and then they put the new clothes on him while the angel of the Lord stood there. Then the angel told Joshua that the Lord Almighty had said: ” If you obey my laws and perform the duties I have assigned you, then you will continue to be in charge of my Temple and it’s courts, and I will hear your prayers, just as I hear the prayers of the angels who are in my presence.

We know the angels are in God’s presence and the high priest must be positioned correctly, if he is to have his prayers answered. But we are not in the old testament times. We live today and it’s impossible to obey all the laws of the old testament. The One who did obey and positioned Himself correctly is Jesus. He gives us the opportunity to have personal success in life.

Vs.8 Listen then, Joshua, you who are the High Priest: and listen , you fellow priests of his, you that are the sign of a good future: I will reveal my servant, who is called The Branch! I am placing in front of Joshua a single stone with seven facets. I will engrave an inscription on it, and in a single day, I will take away the sin of this land. vs10 When that day comes, each of you will invite his neighbor to come and enjoy peace and security, surrounded by your vineyards and fig trees.

We can see here that “The Branch” is the old testament word for “Jesus”. Joshua is a high priest and Jesus is THE High Priest.  Like Joshua, we are seeing here the way God is going to give us the new clothing kind of life. And because of Jesus, we can share with our neighbor a way to enjoy peace and security surrounded by plenty.

So many people suffer without success in life or hope for a great future. They go through life with a negative attitude, covered in lies they believe about their value. They have low self esteem and some are falsely humble. This word from Zechariah 3 is a sign of the good future we are all promised. Jesus is the way to peace and security surrounded by plenty. So now that you know that personal success is available to you,  tell someone you love.
