These simple steps I expound upon here are the basics for success in business. To many love is a personal word and has no bearing in business. Understandably so, love is to many the reason they live. Business is a vehicle by which they give things to those they love. However, many have grown up with a poor framework of love.

1. They began life in pain
2. They had little training in loving and nurturing themselves
3. They didn’t know how to overcome obstacles at each stage of life
4. They became adults with little knowledge of control of their emotions

What is the best success principle we can strive for to love ourselves?

Discover the truth about this from a babies viewpoint.

Adults need a framework for success.

To create peace in your office, you must first have peace in your home. This is so important. It can keep us healthy. It can keep our home safe. Lack of peace can cause chaos and disrespect to members of the family.  Keeping order in your home helps keep the balance of logic and emotions for the members of the family.

With the many trainings on personal development I’ve listened to,  by far this information on emotional intelligence tops many. Success Magazine’s Darren Hardy did an interview with Dr Jean Greaves recently and it gave me real life statistics  about what emotional intelligence is.

Network Marketing, MLM, Direct Sales or independent business owners and individuals may fail to succeed wildly  because they don’t know how to emotionally handle individual differences when entering the business arena. It begins with knowing how to test and improve your emotional intelligence with some tips and strategies so generating leads, make more sales, and personally keeping families in order becomes less stressful.

How many times have you lose your temper, shy away from speaking, become struck with fear when giving a speech, don’t  stand up for yourself, kick the garbage can or even punched your car? The worst thing I experienced in my life came after I awakened from finality of divorce. I literally would sit for 3+ hours at a time overcome with depression not knowing that I was depressed. It was a downward spiral and the only thing that would break the cycle was mind exhaustion or an environmental need that forced me to change my physical state. Either my dog rang the bell to go out, my cats meowed to eat, the phone rang and interrupt the pattern.

In the evenings, I’d get in bed and my brain would realize there was no one beside me and sadness would take me on a journey to tears, an emotional reaction to this kind of thinking. I was successful as a mom. I had been out of the work force too long. I just could not see any happy future at all. Blind.. yes.. so blind..

I would take the 45 minute drive to church on Sundays. One day my pastor’s dad approached me, seeing my need, and offered to “mentor me”. He was not going to charge me. He said “I don’t want anything from you. I’m just interested in your success, that’s all.” Do you know what that meant to me? I thought to myself, “am I so special?” What does he see in me to offer this kind of help?” After I said “yes, thank you”, He gave me assignments and we got together monthly or bi monthly to discuss my progress. We did this for one year and I sent him quarterly reports of my progress. Though he helped me create specific goals, his “supportive words” were probably the most helpful thing he could have offered. I progressed in many areas.

I later discovered that having a mentor was essential to my progress. It was the best decision I made.

Does Blog Broadcasting Get Me More Email Opens?

When I was new to marketing, I had no idea that I could do blog broadcasting and automate emails to a large group of people at one time. Now, I can actually automate my blog posts like this one to send it to my “list” without me going to Aweber.

Before you watch the video, let me tell you what it use to be like.  I had a beautiful woman friend whose email list grew to almost 1000 subscribers. She wrote to me asking for computer help. The email provider she used could not send out her encouraging email to more than 50 people at a time, if that. I had no clue about blog broadcasting and  how to help her. I knew somethings about computers but had I known about Aweber, I could have been a great help to her. She struggled and I couldn’t help her.

But now, it’s different. Now I have alot of knowledge about many things online. I have come to learn about the powerful uses of Aweber. So now, I have gone into my Aweber account and set up an automated email that will take this very post and send it to the lists I desire in my Aweber program.  The $19. monthly charge way more than pays for itself, as my time is becoming more and more valuable.

Systems like Aweber are transforming the way we do business online. There are several reputable systems like Aweber. I’m not bias only in that it’s the one I prefer. I have not even scratched the surface with all the trainings in the system but this one thing I saw on someone else’s blog and thought I would go hunting in Aweber to see if I could find out about blog broadcasting.
