Debt Consolidation Non Profit Organization

Debt Consolidation.?

I have between $ 11,000 and $ 12,000 worth of the debt, the three different credit cards. All card accounts credit has been sold to law firms. There is no way I could afford to do 3 different payments a month on them. What are my options? Should I go with one of those nonprofit organizations to consolidate my debt? I do not own a house or other property that could be used as collateral. I am sure that my credit is shot, so I'm open to all options.

The accounts are now in the hands of law firms, to call these companies directly and negotiate a monthly payment and interest rate. Ask how they calculate the interest in, such as daily, monthly, bimonthly, etc. Do not sign anything. Get Info profit-no credit counselors too. They want the money paid, pure and simple. Must be willing to go rock bottom on a monthly payment to avoid filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and end up with nothing.

How to resolve the credit card debt affect my credit score?

I can have multiple accounts on my credit card are all in good condition. I have only one credit card with $ 25,000 of debt. I was making payments on it, but when my husband was fired, he could do payments. It is more than 90 days because I want to pay the debt, but I have fear of how it will affect my credit score and what I can do to make sure that it is not too negative on my credit. Any advice?

If you are 90 days past due, and is a negative on your credit. The credit card company probably be sending to collections. At this point, you can try to reach an agreement with the credit card company, but we will not accept small payments for a long time. If you want to settle for anything less than full balance, you will have to take a lump sum payment. The account listed in your credit report as a load off / Paid – a refusal. Did you receive a portion 1099 that would have forgiven to be included in your tax on income. Have you thought about counseling credit? Check here for a member of the NFCC: http://www.nfcc.org/. Card Credit Debt Negotiation Settlement

card credit debt negotiation settlement
What do you think about the debt of establishment / Negotiation programs?

I have 40K card bills and credit as you want a quick and easy way out of them. Also I have to keep my credit in good shape so I'm looking for a program to work with you to help me get red of debts. I interviewed a few companies debt settlement (http://www.cydebt.com/home/homepage.shtm … and told me they can reduce my debts and 15K mark my credit. So what is the downside of these companies and why everyone thinks they are rip off. I can not understand a part … what will my creditors if I do make a payment?

QUICK AND EASY WAY OUT? LOL NOT to do debt consolidation. It only moves around its debt. It rolls large items LOW interest and items of interest on the same loan at an interest rate midrange. You can reduce your monthly payments, but that means it will take even more time to get out of debt. It also releases all its lines of credit so you can simply run it again! Finally, you often have to pay a loan origination fee. You do not need anybody to do it for you. All they do is negotiate your debts for you and charge a fee. You can do it yourself! Call them all and make a plan payment and seek low-interest stopped. Then make the minimum payments on each of them. On the lowest value of the dollar, make every extra effort to pay. Once that is paid off, then roll that extra money for the closer balance. Continue this snowball until all your debts pay. You probably need to cut back their spending to a minimum. Get rid of cable, cell phones, Internet, etc. to reduce your electric bill, invoice gas, water bill, etc. Do not eat in a restaurant until your debts are under control. Take a sandwich for lunch. Cancel the gym membership. Try increasing your income, get a second job. If you have a car with payments, get rid of it, and buy a good used car insurance for cash. Go to the library and get "The Makeover your money. "Carefully read and follow. Go check out Dave's website as well. Www.daveramsey.com

Pay Credit Card Debt

pay credit card debt
How to find the creditor to pay the credit card debt?

I have accumulated some debt credit card at school and now I'm out and want to pay the debt out of a lump sum settlement. as two years ago as I have been able to make any payments, and creditors have been a few different who have tried to contact me. How I can know that one has to go to get this debt resolved? Any advice for getting these were established fast? I know you must send a money order to hide information from your bank and you want to write "paid as agreed" in his report Credit … anything else? Thanks

To begin, pull your credit reports. Annualcreditreport.com is the leading free real …. NOT freecreditreport.com This will list all companies and debt collectors you owe money. When credit cards are charged-off, the damage to your credit is do and there's basically way to undo. Do not make the mistake of simply cutting a check collection agency debt all you have to cancel debts and assume that your credit will be restored by magic … Doing so will not remove it from your credit reports. Just be upgraded to a "paid charge-off", which, while slightly better, remains a serious derogatory. For the Fair Credit Reporting Act, a cancellation of debt, whether paid or not, can remain in a consumer credit reports to for seven years. Renewing contact with debt collectors who have not been in touch with you for a while can be complicated … so be careful. You could trigger really aggressive collection activity against yourself if you find out you have money to pay. Make recent payments on the debt-old charged-off restored within prescription of debt in many states … This would allow the collector immediately sue for the debt. In my opinion, this potential risk is the value, not a slight increase in your credit score to pay old debts charged. If you are paying the old debt-laden, anyway, then you might as well negotiate the lowest settlement of balance you can possibly get, with the notation of negative charge-off will remain for seven years on your credit report anyway. You must be very careful in this endeavor … Mail them a vaguely worded statement: I'm willing to settle this matter for 25% of the original amount. This is not Full recognition of this debt, but rather an attempt to resolve this issue. Your company must send a written agreement with your company letterhead to accept this amount as "payment in full" and that issue will be resolved. Upon receipt of this agreement, I will mail a money order for this amount. =============================== * Get all terms of any settlement agreement that comes with debt collectors in writing before giving them your money. Never accept settlement agreements through phone … Debt collectors going to deny that any agreement was ever made once they get their "fix" of money and will demand more money. * NEVER, NEVER give out their checking account numbers to debt collectors for making electronic debit payments. * DO NOT sign your signature on any document mailed to a debt collector. It could end in a forged document that can be used against you. Simply enter your full name.

Unsecured Debt Consolidation

[mage lang=”en|es|en” source=”flickr”]unsecured debt consolidation[/mage]
What should I do about unsecured debt?

I have nearly 23,000 in credit card unsecured. I recently lost my job and had doing to make a lot less per month. I was a program of debt consolidation that I have my down payment to around 700.00 per month. The problem is that I am not to put on the network 1200.00. Then there is a mortgage and utilities, etc, so I'm sure running in the hole. Is it a good debt settlememt alternative. I do not want bankruptcy. Be settlement hurt my credit score, but right now I need an out. I've heard that companies will make settlement wait payments and credit card companies continue to haunt you? Is this true? Does anyone have any suggestions to my dilemma

Really depends on how much you can afford. Debt consolidation is for people who can still afford their payments. Debt Settlement is for people who are behind on their payments. Both programs have a negative effect on your credit score so the best thing to do is find a program that can get out of debt as quickly as possible so you can start rebuilding your credit after the wards.
